Follow me on twitter @JetsFanBlogNFL for comments on all NFL news with a Jets focus

Round One

1. Houston Texans - Jadeveon Clowney - DE/OLB (South Carolina)
Hard to pass on a quarterback, but Seattle just showed us that defense still wins championships.

2. St. Louis Rams - Greg Robinson - OT (Auburn)
Jake Long's future is uncertain and Roger Saffold is better off at guard than tackle.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars - Blake Bortles - QB (UCF)
The Jaguars haven't had a franchise quarterback since Mark Brunnel and can't pass up the opportunity to draft one.

4. Cleveland Browns - Sammy Watkins - WR (Clemson)
Sammy Watkins, Josh Gordon, Jordon Cameron, and Andrew Hawkins will be a great receiving corps for whoever Cleveland's quarterback is.

5. Oakland Raiders - Khalil Mack DE/OLB (Buffalo)
Oakland had a lot of quality complementary signings on defense and now add a franchise edge defender they can build around.

6. Atlanta Falcons - Jake Matthews OT (Texas A + M)
The Falcons replace the constant underperforming and often injured Sam Baker with a plug and play ten year starter.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Teddy Bridgewater - QB (Louisville)
Bridgewater is going to make teams regret passing on him and send Josh McCown back to the bench.

8. Minnesota Vikings - Mike Evans WR (Texas A + M)
The Vikings give new offensive coordinator Norv Turner his new Vincent Jackson to pair with Cordarelle Patterson.

9. Buffalo Bills - Eric Ebron TE (North Carolina)
Ebron is only one inch shorter than Calvin Johnson and only five pounds heavier so he won't be much of a blocker, but neither is Jimmy Graham.

10. Detroit Lions - Justin Gilbert - CB (Oklahoma State)
Detroit always seems to be in need of an upgrade at corner, plus Gilbert can help in the return game.

11. Tennesse Titans - Anthony Barr DE/OLB (UCLA)
The Titans need a dominant edge defender to fit new defensive coordinator Ray Horton's hybrid scheme.

12. New York Giants - Aaron Donald DT (Pittsburgh)
The Giants focused on their secondary in free agency now turn their attention to the d-line.

13. St. Louis Rams - Darqueze Dennard CB (Michigan State)
The Rams draft Dennard to be the #1 corner they paid Cortland Finnegan to be.

14. Chicago Bears - RaShede Hageman DT (Minnesota)
The Bears signed d-ends Lamar Houston and Willie Young now they must turn their focus on the interior of the line.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers - Kelvin Benjamin WR (Florida State)
Big tall WRs are hard for corners to matchup one on one with and put points on the board in the red zone.

16. Dallas Cowboys - Louis Nix DT (Notre Dame)
Nix would be the perfect compliment to newly signed three technique Henry Melton.

17. Baltimore Ravens - Taylor Lewan OT (Michigan)
The Ravens locked down left tackle Eugene Monroe and now they lock down right tackle.

18. New York Jets - Zack Martin OG/OT (Notre Dame)
The Jets may reach for an offensive weapon but Idzik seems more the play it safe guy, plus the team can use a lot of help at guard.

19. Miami Dolphins - Haha Clinton-Dix - S (Alabama)
The Dolphins have a hole at safety next to Reshad Jones.

20. Arizona Cardinals - Derek Carr QB (Fresno State)
The Cardinals know Carson Palmer is nothing more than a stopgap and need to think about the future.

21. Green Bay Packers - C.J. Mosley - ILB (Alabama)
The Packers need to upgrade their inside linebackers, Mosley's coverage ability will be a huge asset.

22. Philadelphia Eagles - Jason Verrett CB (TCU)
The Eagles could use more than one upgrade at cornerback.

23. Kansas City Chiefs - Calvin Pryor - S (Louisville)
Free safety was the biggest hole on Kansas City's defense, Pryor should form a great tandem with Eric Berry.

24. Cincinnati Bengals - Kony Elay - DE (Missouri)
Elay would be a nice replacement for Michael Johnson.

25. San Diego Chargers - Odell Beckham Jr. - WR (LSU)
The Chargers don't have much talent at receiver besides Keenan Allen, Beckham Jr. can also help out in the return game.

26. Cleveland Browns - Johnny Manziel - QB (Texas A + M)
Similar to 2007 and 2012 Cleveland takes a higher rated player in the top five and waits to pick their quarterback in the twenties, hopefully it works out differently this time

27. New Orleans Saints - Dee Ford DE/OLB (Auburn)
Junior Galette showed he is a keeper, now they need to find someone to line up across from him.

28. Carolina Panthers - Morgan Mosses - OT (Virginia)
The Panthers have had a rough offseason so far, that said the most important shoes they need to fill are those of Jordan Gross.

29. New England Patriots - Timmy Jernigan - DT (Florida State)
Vince Wilfork's future with the team is uncertain.

30. San Francisco 49ers - Brandin Cooks - WR (Oregon State)
The 49ers need a speed element to go along with Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin.

31. Denver Broncos - Xavier Su'a Filo - OG (UCLA)
The Broncos not only replace Zane Beadles they upgrade him.

32. Seattle Seahawks - Jace Amaro  - TE (Texas Tech)
Seattle needs to upgrade Russel Wilson's receiving corps.

Round Two

33. Houston Texans - Zach Mettenberger - QB (LSU)
Mettenberger would go a lot higher if it wasn't for his injury, Houston isn't complaining.

34. Washington Redskins - Jimmie Ward - S (Northern Illinois)
The Redskins need to continue to add more talent to their putrid secondary.

35. Cleveland Browns - David Yankey - OG (Stanford)
Cleveland needs to beef up its interior, Ben Tate will love running behind him.

36. Oakland Raiders - Austin Seferian-Jenkins - TE (Washington)
Oakland can us someone as talented as Seferian-Jenkins at the TE position.

37. Atlanta Falcons - Demarcus Lawerence - DE/OLB (Boise State)
Atlanta beefed up its new 3 man d-line now needs to add a talented edge defender.

38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Marqise Lee - WR (USC)
Mike Williams is an overrated #2 option, Tampa could use an upgrade across from VJax

39. Jacksonville Jaguars - Carlos Hyde - RB (Ohio State)
Toby Gerhart has never handled an NFL workload.

40. Minnesota Vikings - Jimmy Garrappolo - QB (Eastern Illinois)
Minnesota needs to find their long term answer at quarterback.

41. Buffalo Bills - Cyrus Kouandjio - OT (Alabama)
The Bills find an upgrade to current RT Erik Pears.

42. Tennessee Titans - Tre Mason - RB (Auburn)
The Titans have grown tired of Chris Johnson and find his replacement.

43. New York Giants - Kareem Martin - DE (North Carolina)
The Giants continue to build up their defensive line.

44. St. Louis Rams - Ed Reynolds - S (Stanford)
The Rams' hope that last year's 3rd round pick T.J. McDonald is a player at strong safety, but still need to upgrade Rodney McLeod at free safety.

45. Detroit Lions - Trent Murphy - DE (Stanford)
The Lions lost Willie Young to the Bears in free agency, replace him here and complete their four man d-line.

46. Pittsburgh Steelers - Marcus Roberson - CB (Florida)
The Steelers lost Keenan Lewis last offseason and Ike Taylor is on his last legs.

47. Dallas Cowboys - Scott Crichton - DE (Oregon State)
The Cowboys continue to build their D-Line, if the season started today Georgie Selvie and Jeremy Mincey would be their starting d-ends.

48. Baltimore Ravens - Stephon Tuitt - DE/DT (Notre Dame)
The Ravens need to replace the loss of Arthur Jones.

49. New York Jets - Troy Niklas - TE (Notre Dame)
Jeff Cumberland was re-signed but he is more a #2 tight end than a #1, Niklas can be an upgrade as a blocker and a receiver.

50. Miami Dolphins - Antonio Richardson - OT (Tennessee)
Miami filled its biggest need by signing left tackle Braden Albert, now they must address the hole they have at right tackle.

51. Chicago Bears - Travis Swanson - C (Arkansas)
Roberto Garza was brought back on a one year deal, at 35 it could be his last year in the league.

52. Arizona Cardinals - Gabe Jackson - OG (Mississippi State)
By drafting Jackson, signing Jared Veldheer, and Jonathan Cooper coming back healthy the Cardinals could turn a weakness into a strength.

53. Green Bay Packers - Allen Robinson - WR (Penn State)
The Packers lost Greg Jennings last season and James Jones this season, they need reinforcements.

54. Philadelphia Eagles - Jordan Matthews - WR (Vanderbilt)
Desean Jackson will need to be replaced once he is traded or released.

55. Cincinnati Bengals - Lamarcus Joyner - CB/S (Florida State)
The Bengals can us help at both safety and corner, Joyner could help them at both spots.

56. San Francisco 49ers - Bradley Roby - CB (Ohio State)
Even before releasing Carlos Rodgers the 49ers needed help at cornerback.

57. San Diego Chargers - Jeremiah Attaochu - DE/OLB (Georgia Tech)
The Chargers need a long-term option on the other side of Melvin Ingram

58. New Orleans Saints - Chris Borland - ILB (Wisconsin)
The Saints continue to upgrade their linebackers.

59. Indianapolis Colts - Brandon Thomas - OG/OT (Clemson)
The Colts need to upgrade Andrew Luck's protection.

60. Carolina Panthers - Davante Adams - WR (Fresno State)
If the season started today Jerricho Cotchery would be the best wide receiver on the Panthers' roster.

61. New England Patriots - Cyril Richardson - OG (Baylor)
Due to his high cap number Logan Mankins' future with the team past this season is uncertain.

62. San Francisco 49ers - Marcus Martin - C (USC)
Jonathan Goodwin has yet to resign, regardless he is 35.

63. Denver Broncos - Kyle Van Noy OLB/ILB (BYU)
Van Noy is a versatile linebacker that can play inside or out as well as rush the passer.

64. Seattle Seahawks - Donte Moncrief - WR (Ole Miss)
Seattle continues to rebuild their receiving core, Sidney Rice and Golden Tate are gone

Round Three

65. Houston Texans - Martavis Bryant - WR (Clemson)
Andre Johnson isn't getting any younger, Deandre Hopkins will need a longterm running mate.

66. Washington Redskins - Kyle Fuller - CB (Virginia Tech)
More upgrades for Washington's putrid Secondary.

67. Oakland Raiders - Joel Bitonio OT - (Nevada)
Austin Howard is being moved to guard, Donald Penn has had motivation issues his whole career, and last year's 2nd round pick Menelik Watson hasn't impressed the team yet.

68. Atlanta Falcons - Marcus Smith DE/OLB (Louisville)
The Falcons could use more than one upgrade at edge defender, much like they did at cornerback last year.

69. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jackson Jeffcoat - DE (Texas)
Daquan Bowers has been a bust, while Adrian Clayborn has been disappointing.

70. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jared Abbrederis - WR (Wisconsin)
Justin Blackmon has been suspended indefinitely and hasn't proven that he can stay out of trouble.

71. Cleveland Browns - Charles Sims - RB (West Virginia)
Ben Tate has battled injuries his entire career and has never handled a full NFL workload.

72. Minnesota Vikings - Yawin Smallwood - ILB (Connecticut)
The Vikings have had a revolving door at inside linebacker for awhile now.

73. Buffalo Bills - Terrence Brooks - S (Florida State)
The Bills need a new safety to pair with Aaron Williams after Jarius Byrd's departure.

74. New York Giants - Weston Richburg - C (Colorado State)
Giants signed center J.D. Walton who hasn't played in an NFL game since September 2012, they need help at the position.

75. St. Louis Rams - Ego Ferguson - DT (LSU)
Kendall Langford has never lived up to his contract, the Rams need to give Michael Brockers a running mate long term.

76. Detroit Lions - Tyler Lawson - C (Utah State)
Dominic Raiola will be 36 at the end of his one year extension, meaning it very well could be his last year in the league.

77. San Francisco 49ers - Stanley Jean-Baptiste - CB (Nebraska)
The 49ers can use more than one upgrade at corner.

78. Dallas Cowboys - Jon Halapio - OG (Florida)
The Cowboys need to upgrade their guard play next to Travis Frederick.

79. Baltimore Ravens - Jarvis Landry - WR (LSU)
At 35 Steve Smith may only be in Baltimore for one season.

80. New York Jets - Loucheiz Purifoy - CB (Florida)
The Jets cut Antonio Cromartie and failed to replace him in free agency.

81. Miami Dolphins - Russel Bodine - OG (North Carolina)
The Dolphins must continue to upgrade their o-line.

82. Chicago Bears - Dion Bailey - S (USC)
The Bears would of been in the playoffs last year with better safety play.

83. Cleveland Browns - Christian Jones - ILB (Florida State)
The downfall to signing a 34 year old, is having to draft his future replacement in the same offseason.

84. Arizona Cardinals - C.J. Fiedorowicz - TE (Iowa)
The Cardinals can help offset the loss of Andre Roberts by upgrading at tight end.

85. Green Bay Packers - A.J. McCarron - QB (Alabama)
The Packers need a backup quarterback that can keep the team afloat if Aaron Rodgers has to miss time again.

86. Philadelphia Eagles - Justin Ellis DT (Louisiana Tech)
Ellis can man the nose allowing Beenie Logan to move to five technique where he is a better fit.

87. Kansas City Chiefs - Brandon Coleman - WR (Rutgers)
The Chiefs don't have much to speak of at wide receiver except a very overrated Dwayne Bowe.

88. Cincinnati Bengals - Lache Seastrunk - RB (Baylor)
Benjarvus Green-Ellis hasn't averaged over 4 yards per carry since 2010, it's time the Bengals stopped wasting carries on him.

89. San Diego Chargers - Pierre Desir CB (Lindenwood)
The Charger's starting cornerbacks would be Steve Williams and Shareece Wright if the season started today, upgrades are much needed.

90. Indianapolis Colts - Jeremy Hill - RB (LSU)
Donald Brown has moved on to San Diego while Trent Richardson averaged  a laughable 2.9 yards per carry as a Colt.

91. New Orleans Saints - Jack Mewhort - OT (Ohio State)
Mewhort can provide insurance incase Terron Armstead fails to impress, regardless New Orleans can use a quality swing tackle to make sure Drew Brees remains protected when injuries occur.

92. Carolina Panthers - Trai Turner - OG (LSU)
Even if they bring back Travelle Wharton, at 33 he might not have much more gas left in the tank.

93. New England Patriots - Xavier Grimble TE (USC)
The Patriots want to get back to running two tight end sets.

94. San Francisco 49ers - Ahmad Dixon S (Baylor)
Donte Whitner was lost in free agency and his replacement Antione Bethea's contract shows the team views hime more as a stopgap.

95. Denver Broncos - E.J. Gaines - CB (Missouri)
Even after signing Aqib Talib the Broncos could use more depth at cornerback.

96. Seattle Seahawks - Aaron Lynch DE (South Florida)
The Seahawks had one of the deeper d-lines in the league last year, after free agency that longer is the case.
